AMHF Golf Tournament Sponsorship

Dear Patron,

The Australia and Mary Hubbard Foundation (a 501c3 organization), will be sponsoring its 1st Annual Benefit Golf Tournament. The AMH Foundation is dedicated to providing support and resources to students at Prairie View A&M University as they pursue their higher education goals. In addition, we offer resources and tools to promote well-being for families and individuals facing various socio-economic issues.

The Golf Tournament will be held Monday, August 24, 2026, at the Wildcat Golf Club located @ 12000 Almeda Road Houston, TX 77045, at 8:00 am. We are now in the process of securing sponsorships and donations for the scholarship fund, food, and prize giveaways. We are also currently seeking Tournament Sponsors at an amount to be agreed upon. Sponsorship levels include the following:

• I would like to be a Diamond Level Sponsor ($5000)

  • Includes 8 tournament entry fees.

  • Key sponsor banner at the clubhouse (X-Large Print) & Gala Souvenir Book

  • 2 Hole sponsor signs @ 1st tee box and TBD.

  • Special recognition at the tournament.

• I would like to be a Platinum Level Sponsor ($2500)

  • Includes four tournament entry fees.

  • Key sponsor banner at the clubhouse (Large Print) & Gala Souvenir Book

  • Hole sponsor sign @10th tee box.

  • Special recognition at the tournament.

• I would like to be a Gold Level Sponsor ($1000)   

  • Hole sponsor sign

  • Includes two tournament entry fees.

  • Key sponsor banner at the clubhouse (Medium Print)

  • Recognition at the tournament.

• I would like to be a Silver Level Hole Sponsor ($500)

  • Hole sponsor sign

  • Key sponsor banner at the clubhouse (Small Print)

  • Recognition at the tournament.

• Tournament Sponsor (amount TBD)

• Donations – (any amount) Recognition at the tournament 

  • Refreshments - Breakfast, lunch, drinks, snacks, etc.

  • Prizes/Giveaways -Golf equipment, store items, raffle items, cash, gift certificates, etc

​​​​Your “in kind” or tax-deductible contribution can be made payable to AMH Foundation through:

• AMHF Website Donation (below) via credit card, debit card

• Zelle (AMHubbardFoundation@gmail.com), or

• Check payable to the Australia and Mary Hubbard Foundation.  (Please indicate AMHF Golf Tournament on the check, and mail to 100 E. Ferguson suite 714, Tyler, Tx 75702).
