Website, Social Media & Rolling Screen
Prepare your image to be shared on our website, social media platforms and the Rolling Slideshow at the Gala.
Format: Please submit as a PNG.
Recommended dimensions: 1920×1080 pixels (16:9 ratio)
Email your file to amhubbardfoundation@gmail.com with the subject “IMAGE FOR SPONSORSHIP” Include a point of contact in the body of the email.
Deadline: All images must be received no later than November 1, 2026.
For any sponsors that do not submit images, we will use sponsor logo or name.
Ad Book
Prepare a print-ready PDF, PNG or JPEG with all fonts and images embedded so that no adjustments are required. Do not send native files. Include crops and bleeds as indicated below.
